Welcome to Revive Pilates. By accessing our website, booking classes, or purchasing services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Use
- —This website and all content are owned by Revive Pilates.
- —You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or misuse any content without written permission.
2. Eligibility
- —Participants must be 18 years or older to attend classes.
- —Those under 18 may attend only with a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Health & Safety
- —By attending classes, you confirm you are physically able to participate in Pilates and fitness activities.
- —Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or if you are pre/post-natal with physician clearance.
- —Revive Pilates is not liable for injuries sustained in class or on premises. Participation is at your own risk.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
- —Classes may be booked up to 14 days in advance via our app or website.
- —Cancellation must be made at least 8 hours before class to avoid penalties.
- —Cancelling within 8 hours incurs a $15 fee or loss of credit.
- —No-shows incur a $25 fee or loss of credit.
- —Fees are applied automatically to your account or credit card on file.
5. Waitlist
- —If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be notified and automatically added to the class.
6. Memberships & Payments
- —All payments (passes, memberships, retail items) are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.
- —Memberships and credits are for personal use only and cannot be shared.
- —Prices, packages, and policies are subject to change without notice.
7. Studio Policies
- —Please arrive 15 minutes early for setup. Doors lock 5 minutes before class—late entry is not permitted.
- —Grip socks are mandatory for Reformer classes. Socks are available for purchase in-studio.
- —Revive reserves the right to refuse service or terminate memberships for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
8. Liability Waiver
- —By participating, you acknowledge and agree that Revive Pilates is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, or property loss during your use of our facilities.
- —You voluntarily assume all risks associated with Pilates and fitness classes.
9. Privacy Policy
- —Personal data (name, email, payment info) collected for bookings and memberships will be kept confidential and used only for studio operations.
- —We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
10. Governing Law
- —These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
